Under the Friday night lights at Sam Houston High School, Terrence Harper built a reputation as one of the Hurricanes’ most dependable playmakers. Wearing No. 3 at wide receiver, Harper never needed the spotlight to make an impact. He let his game speak for itself.
At 5-foot-7 and 140 pounds, Harper played with a toughness that outweighed his size. During his senior season in 2024, he hauled in 36 receptions for 370 receiving yards and four touchdowns, averaging 10.3 yards per catch. He also added 44 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns, finishing the season with six total scores and 414 all-purpose yards in 11 games.
